Family Membership

Annual Subscription: $7,250.00 (inclusive of $950 Wainui Credit)

Joining Fee: $3,500.00 (one-time, payable on acceptance, effective 1 January 2026)

Who This Membership is For:

The Family Membership is designed for households who want to enjoy golf together and make Wainui a part of their shared recreational life. It provides flexibility for parents and children to access the course and facilities throughout the week.

Key Privileges

• Unlimited access to the Wainui Championship Course, 7 days a week, with 14-day advance booking privileges (note: junior play restrictions apply, and some golf committee or corporate events may limit access; these will be advised in advance).
• Unlimited access to the 9-hole short course, 7 days a week, with 14-day advance booking privileges.
• Preferred Member rates on power cart rounds (driver must hold a current and valid licence).
• Ability to introduce up to 3 accompanied guests at “Guest of Member” rates during approved guest play times (subject to change).
• Eligibility to participate in all Membership events open to Family category members.
• Access to all Membership preferred pricing discounts.
• Accredited DotGolf handicap included (levies covered by subscription).
• Opportunity to host business or social functions at preferred member room rates.
• Annual Wainui Credit of $950.00 for use in the Golf Shop or Food & Beverage outlets (included in subscription).
• Complimentary warm-up bucket at the driving range on days with a scheduled tee time.

Family Inclusions

• Family Membership is issued in the name of a designated primary member.
• The primary member may register:
  • Their spouse or partner
  • Up to two children aged 18 years or younger who reside at home
• Full-time tertiary students under the age of 25 may also be included, provided they are enrolled in an accredited college or university (proof of attendance required).
• Additional children may be added by paying the current Junior or Intermediate Membership subscription.
• Additional children not living in the same household but directly related (first relation) and aged 18 years or younger at the date of application may also be added at the current Junior Membership subscription rate.

Fees & Conditions

Membership fees cover 12 months of privileges starting from the date of Board ratification. Membership is issued in the name of a designated primary member and is subject to the application and approval process outlined in the Club Constitution.

Note: A one-time joining fee of $3,500.00 applies to all new Family Memberships from 1 January 2026. Existing members prior to this date are not affected.
