Who This Membership is For:

This option is directed toward New Zealand registered companies that seek to offer golfing privileges to their valued employees.

Key Privileges:

• Unlimited access to the Wainui course 7 days a week with 14 day in advance booking privileges. (Certain golf committee and corporate events will restrict tee access and will be posted well in advance of the date of play).
• Unlimited access to the 9 hole short course 7 days a week with 14 day in advance booking privileges. (Certain golf committee and corporate events will restrict tee access and will be posted well in advance of the date of play).
• May purchase power cart rounds at preferred rates.
• May introduce up to 3 accompanied guests at “Guest of Member” rates during approved times. Guest of Member times restricted on Sat, Sun, and public holidays until after 12:00 p.m. (subject to change)
• Participation in all Membership events offered to full play Members.
• Participation in all Membership preferred pricing discounts.
• Participation in the DotGolf services to receive an accredited handicap (all associated levies are included with the payment of subscription fees).
• Spouse of primary and designates to receive complimentary Social Membership privileges.
• Individual club charging privileges to be secured by a credit card to be automatically charged monthly within 10 days of the following month of accrual.
• Any short fall from designate payments are the responsibility of the Primary Corporate Member.
• May change the names of designated individuals once in any subscription year.
• May introduce up to 11 accompanied individuals for two group corporate golf days at a “Corporate Sponsored” rate.
• Ability to host business and social functions are encouraged and will be offered at preferred room rental rates.
• Fees are charged based on 12 months of privileges which will begin at the date of ratification by the Board.
• The Corporate Membership will be issued in the name of the registered NZ company.
• Primary designate may propose 2 additional individuals at the time of application.
• Proposed individuals are to be employees of the company or trade relations and are subject to the same ratification process as all full playing member applications.
• A deposit of 25% of the yearly fee is required with the application and a balance of fees is required following ratification of Membership by the Board, should for whatever reason the Membership not be ratified the deposit will be refunded. Should a delegate not be ratified the primary designate will propose another individual.
• With application for a Corporate Membership the company enjoys a first right of refusal to participate in a dedicated hole sponsorship to be broadcast on the GPS system throughout the duration of the subscription year at established sponsorship rates if available (other sponsorship opportunities exist and can be discussed with the General Manager). Such sponsorship must adhere to the “Corporate Sponsorship Policy”.
• Receive a Wainui credit of $950.00 that can be used in the Golf Shop or Food & Beverage- paid in addition to the sub.
  
• Access to the driving range with complimentary warm up bucket on a day with a scheduled tee time
